David Chris Johnson, a Morehouse College graduate, has spent over fifteen years in corporate America with H&R Block, Fleet Finance, Fannie Mae and PricewaterhouseCoopers. David earned his Masters in Business Administration from Penn State University with a concentration in finance and entrepreneurship and is also a Certified Public Accountant. Because of his background, he understands the importance of achieving and maintaining wealth.
Rodney Phillips obtained a BBA in Accounting from Fort Valley University. Rodney has over 20 years corporate experience in accounting, financial analysis, and management. Prior to the last 10 years as partner in the Financial Control Group focusing on all areas of taxation and small business accounting, his experience incudes more than 10 years with tax firms H&R Block and Jackson Hewitt. The focus has always been on the approach and the results.
